Star Wars The Old Republic announced earlier that the Double XP event has been extended.
The news came in a tweet which stated,
“Our Double XP event has been extended! Now lasting until June 16th, this event will run for a total of 8 weeks.”
The original event was set to run from April 21 through May 19. Players would be offered Double XP, Valor, Renown, and more. However, according to the tweet above, this has been extended. A reason for this extension wasn’t provided. But if one were to speculate, it wouldn’t be difficult to see that everyone is home right now due to the pandemic and most other games are consistently doling out double XP, free play events, and more.
