Mech fans, get pumped for the next unit to arive in Steel Hunters. Wargaming has recently unveiled Taurus, a bullish new mech joining the ranks of Steel Hunters on April 29th.
If you've yet to see the latest trailer for Taurus, you can probably glean from the name that this Mech will be a horned powerhouse that will specialize in brutal close-quarter combat. Taurus is equipped with a powerful shotgun designed to handle enemies at point-blank range. Essentially, Taurus will do best in direct engagements as a brawler type mech that is meant to take a little damage while dishing it out.
For the uninitiated Steel Hunters, is a free-to-play PvPvE shooter that expands Wargaming's war-related roster of games with a futuristic Mech battler. Steel Hunters released into Early Access on April 2nd, and the team is already striving to add new mechs to the game. Taurus is just one of many new units to be unveiled, and its close quarters combat will undoubtedly provide a new playstyle for Hunters looking for some up-close-and-personal encounters.
