There are a few events to look out for this April in Star Wars: The Old Republic, including the Pirate Incursion event and the Bounty Contract week.
The Pirate Incursion event, better known as the Dantooine Event, begins today, where players will focus their attacks on the Nova Blade Pirates attempting to take over the normally peaceful planet of Dantooine. Of course, players will have to choose which side they would like to help out, but either one they choose brings heft rewards for the ones who win.
To join in on the fun, players will need to be at least level 20 in order to enter, but there are several achievements to earn, challenging heroics, and rewards such as the Ugnaught Companion, Walker Mount, Kath Hound Mini-pet, and many more.
As for Bounty Contract Week, the Bounty Brokers Association will open up the doors once more to anyone who thinks they have what it takes to complete some of the most treacherous contracts in the Galaxy. Every day during the event, players can sign up for one Kingpin contract and one Henchman contract and complete them for substantial rewards.
Those who complete five standard contracts during the event will unlock the ability to complete Kingpin missions that give even better rewards. Some things players can obtain for this event include the BH-7X Custom Hunter Mount, Assassin’s Bowcaster and Elite Tracker’s Bowcaster weapons, and Reputation with the Bounty Brokers Association. Of course, there are more rewards to earn alongside these ones, so be sure to complete as many contracts as possible before time runs out to get the most out of the event.
There are plenty of other events and missions to look out for and enjoy alongside the new events, including Date Night missions and the return of Pirates Plunder. In other SWTOR news, executive producer Keith Kanneg recently announced the upcoming 7.5 update stream and more in a recent letter to the community.
