Square Enix President Resigns

Yoichi Wada, president of Square Enix, has announced his resignation as the company warns of poor earnings. According to sources, Square Enix's sales of console and arcade titles has been sluggish, forcing Wada's resignation. 

“The company forecasts that actual business results from its Digital Entertainment Segment substantially fall below its plan primarily due to slow sales of major console game titles in North American and European markets.”
