Spoooooktacular Event Begins on Official Partner Servers

Minecraft players can now take part in the annual SPOOOOKTACULAR Halloween event taking place across the Mineplex, InPvP and Lifeboat servers, official partners of the devs. Players will find "blocky Halloweentowns" packed with tricks and treats. They'll also find Zombie Invasions, Pumpkin Kings and special Jack O'Lanterns with in game prizes and quests included.

Here's what the three "Bedrock Engine" servers have in store for anyone choosing to stop by to take part for free:

• Lifeboat – Hostile Zombie Invasions will take over the Lifeboat lobby throughout the course of Spooktacular, where players can enter a thrilling Haunted House parkour course! You’ll find the lobby complete with glowing green water, pumpkins, creepy-crawlies and more!

• InPVP – Hop from gravestone to gravestone with the Haunted Mansion SkyWars map or explore various houses in the InPVP lobby for good old-fashioned trick-or-treating with friends. If you’re looking for more treats, creep over to the Marketplace for limited-time pets for purchase.

• Mineplex – Finally, in Mineplex, players can come face-to-face with The Pumpkin King for random quests and Trick-or-Treat Boxes, and fight off randomly appearing Flaming Pumpkins for prizes like Top Rank, Gems, Skeleton Keys and Treasure Shards. Delight your friends and gift them with seasonally-exclusive Trick-or-Treat Boxes with DLC chock full of skin-crawling items.
