From December 11th to December 17th, Outpost Games will be running a special closed beta event called Vets vs Threats for its 16-player 30-minute session survival title, SOS. Players are thrown together onto an island with one express goal: Live long enough to escape in a helicopter with only three available seats. The event will feature several "popular influencers" against "up-and-coming performers" chosen through a "competitive auditioning process" by devs.
The goal of the nearly week long event is to provide viewers with entertaining events, the "best role-players, funniest comedians and most charismatic budding performers gaming has to offer".
