Insomniac Games, developers behind Marvel’s Spider-Man, Sunset Overdrive, and Ratchet and Clank, is to be acquired by Sony.

Regarding the acquisition, Shawn Layden, chairman of Sony Interactive Entertainment Worldwide Studios chairman, Shawn Layden, said,
