One of the best features in Bethesda's latest open-world game, Starfield, is the incredibly robust shipbuilder. One dedicated player decided to blend universes, bringing EVE Online's iconic Rifter into their game.

Starfield's shipbuilder is incredibly robust, allowing you to build to your heart's content, provided you have the resources and the patience. There have been some incredible builds, such as the Magic School Bus and Mass Effect's SSV Normandy SR-1, or Halo's USNC Pelican to go along the ships you can simply acquire as part of Starfield's storyline. However, a post on the Starfield subreddit shows the iconic Minmatar combat frigate in all its Starfield glory.

In the post by user EnvironmentalYak9322, the Rifter looks incredible, as the ship has been faithfully recreated in Starfield's shipbuilder tool. It's immediately recognizable if you've played EVE, especially as a pilot who has fond memories of fighting other players using this versatile combat frigate. The images posted show the ship from a variety of angles, from the front, side and even engaging in combat. Personally, I'm a huge fan of the cockpit view, though, as I've always wondered what my Capsuleer might be seeing from their perspective while I flew one through low sec.

Many of the commentators praised the OP for the build, reminiscing on the T1 Frigate's glory days in New Eden. Others mentioned that they are trying to recreate their favorite EVE Online ships in Starfield, though results have been mixed, with OP agreeing that "EVE Ship designs are hard to recreate in Starfield."

Either way, I'd personally love to see someone tackle my favorite exploration ship, the Astero. Or get really ambitious and build the Angel Cartel Battleship, The Machariel. We'll see as players get more and more used to using the shipbuilder to unlock the vessel of their dreams.
