Skylanders Ring of Heroes Receives New PvE Modes and Events

Skylanders Ring of Heroes is receiving new PvE modes and events as part of the latest update.

New PvE modes as part of Episode Dungeon include Story Mode. Before and after each battle, players are given bits and pieces of a Ring of Heroes’ “Star Character,” who remains mysteriously shrouded until the mode is completed. Also added is a Sparring Mode. After Story Mode, the Star Character will be revealed as the boss! Each of Sparring Mode’s 20 stages increase in difficulty as players progress through them. It’s a daunting task, but adjustable parameters within each Sparring Stage such as the number of rounds or enemies per round can be adjusted.

The Episode Pass is also added, which is basically a Battle Pass. This will reward you for clearing missions pertaining to Episode Dungeon. Several in-game events will be hosted alongside the update’s release. Complete daily missions to receive dice that are used for acquiring various awards from Tuesday, Feb. 9 to Feb. 22nd. A special daily check-in event and multiple community events will also take place from Feb. 8th to Feb. 28th, with multiple special in-game items up for grabs.
