Shakes & Fidget: Pet System Added To The Game

Playa Games has announced that the pet system has been released into its multiplatform MMO Shakes & Fidget. Players can seek out and hatch a 100 different pets, some rarer than other. Pets stand alongside owners and can be taken into battle such as in the 5 new dungeons that were also added to the game. Pets can also face off against one another in the special arena.

To benefit from the new pets you first need to track them down. Across the entire world of Shakes & Fidget there are now eggs waiting to be found and hatched. However, not all eggs are available everywhere and at all times. One Pet, for example, only appears at night, another only in winter. Once an egg has been collected, the hatched Pet must be fed and strengthened. All Pets can be leveled up with special feed to level 100 to help their high-level owners better. All Pets are also assigned an attribute: a high number of fire Pets, for example, increases the luck attribute bonus.
