Shadows of Argus Launching Today in NA, EU Tomorrow

The next major update to World of Warcraft will be launching later today for players in North America, tomorrow for European players. Called Shadows of Argus, the update literally takes players to the home planet of the Burning Legion to end its threat to Azeroth once and for all. 7.3 brings a number of big changes along with new systems, mounts, items and gear.

Some of the significant features of v7.3 include:

• Argus content unlocking over three weeks with new factions, world quests and upgraded gear
• Seat of the Triumvirate unlocks at week 3
• Netherlight Crucible opens to upgrade Artifact relics
• Artifact Knowledge automatically increases - at 110, all relic slots open, Artifact Knowledge automatically goes to 41 and increases weekly without research
• Invasion Points and Greater Invasion Points put a twist on the dungeons / raids grind
• Mage, Druid, Priest and Shaman - new spell animations
• Profession Changes with new materials, items, upgrades
• Mounts
• Music
• Weapon models
• Raiding with Leashes V: Cuteaclysm sends players back to Cataclysm raids to collect pets
• Insignia of the Grand Army legendary ring
• New missions, troops and follower iLevel 

Oh....and Fel Reavers in a new, scarier form, are back!
