Action-RPG Shadows: Heretic Kingdoms just became more accessible with the addition of a useful new tutorial and back-story-rich prologue. Its playable character population also just went up by one as Carissa Cantrecht, melee queen and former member of Penta Nera, joins the game.
Other new additions include:
- New abilities and effects
- Improved, challenging combat
- Configurable controls
- Improved menus and user interface
- New recipes and a menu book for crafting added
- Enemies now respawn on most maps
- RPG system has been balanced
- Additional graphical effects
- Improved performance
- Numerous bug fixes and improvements
The game arrives November 13th, but is available now via Steam early access.
