Phantasy Star Online 2 New Genesis has some new announcements, including the second part of Halpha’s Super Origin Festival, anniversary event and more next month.
Sega debuted a new NGS Headline WAVE on the updates, limited-time quests and rewards that are coming in May. Looking ahead, expect new limited time quests, extra rewards, and a few special campaigns. Halpha's Super Origin Festival part 2 begins on May 14th and runs through June 3rd with weekly campaign boosts, some free SG scratch ticket draws and additional cosmetic items and bonus campaigns. Also expect new limited time urgent quests each week that you can complete twice during the festival.
New limited time quests are on the way. Dustyl Vera Suppression Op V.3 opens May 13th and is a revamped version of V.2. The Writhing Malice, Confined is another quest that offers waves of enemies to take on within a time limit, all set within the Dreisen Plant. Every time you clear another wave of enemies, the time limit gets extended so you just keep going and try to reach the final wave. To accompany new quest, there will be new titles, scratch tickets, and more.
A new 12-player mission, Drill: Dual Route Capture Battle, where teams get split into two and start from two positions on different routes. The teams will have to cooperate in order to carver out a victory and progress on their separate paths.
