Seekers of Skyveil is getting a big playtest starting on Friday. The Elodie Games team has a brand new trailer showing off their progress and announcing further opportunities to play before Early Access.

The game is a fast-paced fantasy ARPG with extraction mechanics that features a colorful cast of Seekers to choose from . Each of these heroes has their own specialities and characteristics. Go ahead and customize their gear and weapons as teams of three will take on PVE and PVP fights in these arenas. Race to the extraction portal to get out alive, preferably with as much loot as you can carry. There are a number of ways to play, and a 10-day playtest about to begin.

If you participate in the upcoming playtest, you can claim some special rewards.  The servers will be based in North America, but there will be no regional restrictions on the test, so if you can stand the lag, feel free to join. Play for one day and you'll be able to claim a Joon emote and if you play for five out of the 10 days, you'll get a Lily Crown. These cosmetics carry over into Early Access.

The test will run from January 10-19th from 4:00 p.m.- 10:00 p.m. PST daily.

The new trailer shows off progress from the team in the gameplay, visuals, and much more. With Early Access set to begin in March, Seekers of Skyveieil will participate in February’s Steam Next Fest, where we can expect another opportunity to play. Some competitive multiplayer games have done really well reaching players through Steam Next Fest, like Notorious’ Legacy: Steel & Sorcery in recent months.

Steam Next Fest will happen on February 24th through March 3rd and Seekers will get 24/7 servers for the first time. When Early Access arrives in March, 24/7 servers will continue.
