The update notes for World of Warcraft’s Seeds of Renewal patch are here, giving more details on everything we can expect in this concluding chapter of Dragonflight.
A new zone, the night elf settlement Bel'ameth, is full of people to meet, discoveries to make, quests, and more. Not only does the update bring the next chapter, including Dragonflight epilogue quests and a sense of renewal, there are both new features and expansions upon older ones to enjoy.
Dragonriding is one of those expanded features, as you’ll be able to fly all throughout the world. All of the continents where flying is available will let you take to the skies as a dragonrider. Follower Dungeons are coming, allowing for NPC party members to fill the gaps in any group for Dragonflight dungeons (to start). The feature lets you and any other human player(s) choose roles and then fill the rest of the party with appropriate NPCs. You can even let an NPC lead the party under an option you can toggle on or off at any time. Soloers and duos can queue up in the Group Finder for Follower Dungeons when the update arrives.
As for the epilogue quests, expect “A small quest chain where players join the Aspects as they reflect on the events of Dragonflight and look to the future, are introduced to the new night elf city of Bel’ameth, and can stay awhile and listen to the conversations of key characters throughout Valdrakken”.
The update will add some new customization options for trolls and draenai, with Warlock Tyrant and Darkglare demon options coming. In addition to balance changes for classes and PvP, the Revival Catalyst gets a tweak to grant Renascent Dream charges every week instead of every other week.
There are a number of accessibility options and user interface improvements. Among them are some updated art to be clearer, a new preview window for the quest text contrast accessibility setting, an improvement to the Trading Post catalog that shows all items included in a bundle. You will also be able to favorite individual set pieces in the transmog sets pane.
