Dates for alpha testing sign ups have been announced for Abstract Era Entertainment’s MMORPG, Seconds from Silence, per a press release today. Inspired by games such as the Elder Scrolls and Witcher series, Seconds from Silence will allow players to explore a medieval fantasy world where they can build, “a variety of different structures, rule Thieves Guilds, Bandit Regimes, Pirate Ships, and even entire Kingdoms,” according to the release.
The Unreal Engine 4 powered Seconds from Silence will begin alpha testing in August of this year, “We are happy to announce that after two years of development, we are ready to begin alpha testing in August of this year. As such, we will be allowing anyone interested in participating in alpha testing, Seconds from Silence, to sign up next week.”
If you’re interested in signing up, you’ll first have to register at www.secondsfromsilence.com. Sign ups for August’s alpha testing begin on Friday, July 19th at 9am US Eastern Standard Time. More details can be found on their official site here.
If you’re not selected, fear not. According to the press release, “If any member does not get randomly selected in the first wave of Alpha Testers, there’s still hope. We intend to increase the number of Alpha Testers through random selection over the course of development.”
