Seasons of the Worm Cult Part 1 and Update 46 Now on The Elder Scrolls Online PTS

The Elder Scrolls Online’s Update 46 and Seasons of the Worm Cult Part 1 are now on the Public Test Server.  

Revealed last week in the ESO Direct, the new content takes place where the base game’s main story finished and serves as a followup and the start to ESO’s new direction. The PTR build takes us to the new zone, the island of Solstice. Many from various origins gather there and so has the Worm Cult, who centers Solstice as their base of operations.

This first part, which will be part of the 2025 Content Pass, officially launches in June. There's a new 12-person trial, Ossein Cage,  set in a vault located within Coldharbour and the site of a powerful object. There's so much more to discover in the content, and you can read the PTS patch notes for in-depth detail.

Base game Update 46 adds Subclassing. Learn abilities from other classes' skill lines. You can use up to two skill lines from different classes outside your own and the skill lines will share progression across your whole account. Other features  in the update include the Hero’s Return, which will help absent players to catch up and earn some rewards. When the update is live this will be available to people who haven't been around for a while but on the pts it will be open to all for testing purposes.
