Season 11 has now arrived in Sea of Thieves, with major changes. The update offers expanded fast travel, on-demand Voyages and access to Tall Tales via the revamped Quest Table, and changes to Trading Companies.

The team at Rare has been working to add more options to Sea of Thieves, including ways to tailor your gameplay experience more. This update is another in that spirit, with the changes to the Quest Table. you don’t have to go buy new Voyages from an Outpost, you can access all available options for Voyages and Tall Tales via the Quest Table on your ship. The Discover tab will show all available activities, along with suggestions tailored to you and your experience.

Once you decide what to pursue, you can dive to your destination in a form of fast travel. you can still sail to your destination and do things the traditional way. Each of these choices has its pros and cons. Rewards aren’t completely tied to handing in treasures now, so if you dive, you’ll still earn some reputation with a company just for completing your objectives.

You can't carry loot during a dive, after all. If you want the complete payout, then you'll have to sail back and hand it in, but if you just want to do a quick succession of Voyages and dive to all of them to save some time, there’s still some reward to earn. Sailing also means being able to access reworked reward options, particularly for discoverable events, like shipwrecks or Message in a Bottle finds. Pick what suits your style or how much time you’ve got to play.

The Quest Table also introduces Raid Voyages, which are unlockable with continued reputation and Trading Company ranks.

What happens to Trading Companies? You'll only be able to access promotions from relevant representatives. there will be a new Cosmetics shop that lets you browse all Trading Company clothing and items. With Reputation increased to a cap of 100, you’ll want to keep progressing with your chosen Company. Reach 100, earn a new Distinction and a ring, while having your reputation reset to do it all over again and potentially earn all five rings.
