Bandai-Namco has announced that Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin has been released in Europe, the Middle East, Australia and Asia. Scholar of the First Sin offers players more lore and challenges not seen in the game to now. The North American version of Scholar of the First Sin is scheduled for release on April 7th.
PlayStation 4, XBox One and PC players will find "updated graphics and performance, new enemy placement, the new Forlorn invader, increased online multiplayer count, and additional gameplay enhancements." In addition, the first three DLCs will be included in the price of the expansion.
