Sony Computer Entertainment held a press conference to announce details about the new PlayStation 4 will launch in November. Of particular interest is the announcement of games that will launch on the first day and in subsequent months including the PS4 edition of FFXIV.
PS3 users with an XIV account will get the PS4 version of the game for free, and the PS4 beta test will start on the release day of the Playstation 4. This news, currently, only applies to the Japanese version, but we'll update you as we know more.
