Like just about everything this year, RuneScape’s community award show, called the Golden Gnome Awards, will be held virtually.

This will be the 10th annual Golden Gnome Awards. As expected, COVID-19 has put a hamper on the usual proceedings. This event, therefore, will be a digital event with 19 awards this year. The categories range from video, streaming, art, and community which is the new category.

Nominations are actually open. To take a look and vote, simply click here. Keep in mind that you have until midnight BST on August 30 to cast your vote. The panel will then review these nominees, with a final list to be announced on September 18. Voting will then commence on the nominees, with this round of voting ending on October 4.

Finally, once all is in order, the 10th Annual Golden Gnome Awards will be held on a live stream on November 7. The team thanks the community in their parting words,

“A massive thank you to all of our wonderful nominees and winners from last year. And a massive thank you to everyone who takes the time to vote this year. AND a massive thank you to each and every member of the RuneScape and old School communities! Our games would not be what they are without you.”
