Last year, Runescape developers announced that they were teaming up with well-known publisher Insight Editions to curate a cookbook, and the time has almost come to taste some fan-favorite recipes from the game.

The cookbook is now available for pre-order, but it won't be completely done cooking until April 16th. Several recipes are included in the booklet, but a few were showcased on the official Runescape website. Some delectable delicacies to look forward to will be the Baked Potato three (or More) ways, and of course, Shrimps, because who could forget the iconic shrimp from the game that got players by until they could actually cook something of substance up themselves?

Not only will fans of the game get their hands on the cookbook, but each copy holds a special code to unlock the Chef’s Outfit in-game as well, meaning we can live our best lives as chefs both in Runescape and by the oven at home.

On top of the announcement that the cooking frenzy is finally about to begin for fans across the globe, there are also a few minor updates hitting the game this week. On March 26th, a treasure hunt like no other is set to begin, as Karima the Genie is here to make wishes come true.

More so, an Egg Hunt set to begin on March 28th will bring the fun of Easter Egg hunting to Runescape. Travel across the in-game world with the Power Flower Basket and collect a special flower from the main-hand item once per day.
