Madred's Bloodrazor's exit does not surprise me – I've talked before how terrible it is on all but two champions, IE Warwick and Teemo, and the fact that it's replacing Blade of the Ruined King makes perfect sense. Upgrading the Cutlass into a % of life item that lifesteals, has a triggered movementspeed steal, and has innate lifesteal and damage. It's actually useful again! And it fits with Warwick and Teemo, who benefit from high attack speed and innate magic damage!
