August is a bit of a lighter month for events in Star Wars: The Old Republic when compared to July, but there’s still plenty of fun to be had. A new post published on the official SWTOR website outlines all of the festivities coming to the game this month.
First up is the return of the Relics of the Gree event. Running between August 6 and 13 and beginning and ending at 12PM GMT, this level 50+ event will see players explore the Western Ice Shelf, a contested area on Ilum, in an effort to unravel the mystery of the Grey Secant, a giant ancient Gree starship.
Rewards include a Gree Digitization Cube, White, Red, and Blue Scalene armor, Gray Helix weapons, and more.
Pirate Incursion begins and ends at 12PM GMT and runs between August 20 and August 27 is open to players level 20+ and tasks players with dealing with or taking advantage of the chaos caused by a an all out attack by the Nova Blade pirates on the Republic world of Dantooine.
Rewards for Pirate Incursion include Nova Blade and Dantooine Homesteader armor sets, an Ugnaught companion, Walker and Kath Hound mounts, and a number of Stronghold decorations.
