The world of printing just got a whole lot more exciting with the announcement of Anycubic’s Photon Mono M5s, a 3D printer with 12K resolution designed especially for advanced LCD users. With its ability to create highly detailed and intricate models at lightning fast speeds, this printer is sure to be a hit with printing hobbyists everywhere.

The Photon Mono M5s is definitely a trailblazing printer, boasting a 10.1-inch monochrome LCD screen with an impressive 11520*5120 resolution. Additionally, the Photon Mono M5s has an impressive contrast ratio of 480:1, ensuring that the edges of every printed model are crisp, clear, and well-defined.

This model will be the first of Anycubic’s models to adopt a “leveling-free system”, which claims to greatly improve a printer's success rate by minimizing that all too familiar print failure that comes with the leveling bed just being a tiny bit off.

The Photon Mono M5 is relatively small but still packs quite a bit of a punch with that 105mm/h speed, making it almost 3X faster by reducing its release height and increasing its lifting speed.

We’ve seen resin detection before in Anycubic’s other models, so it’s a welcome return in this new addition to the Photon lineup. One unique feature of the Photon Mono M5 is the addition of the high-speed resin requirement, which seems to be a specialty Anycubic resin. We’re not too sure what that entails yet, but we will soon! This model should still allow you to use other types of resin like Standard, Water-Washable, and ABS-like UV Resin, so we’ll need to dig a little deeper into how much faster this high-speed resin is.

The Anycubic Photon Mono M5 is set to launch on May 22nd, and we can’t wait to get our hands on it. With a price tag of $399 and 12K resolution, it is a very budget-friendly contender in today’s printing market!
