Pokemon Go to Test New Event Type Added Next Week, the Legendary Lunch Hour

Starting March 13th, Pokemon Go players will get to take part in a brand new event type when the Legendary Lunch Hour debuts. From 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm in any time zone in which a player lives, an increased number of raids will pop up. This will allow schoolmates, coworkers and other folks to take part. According to the Niantic post, this Legendary Lunch Hour will hopefully happen once per week going forward.

To give you more ways to enjoy Pokémon GO, we’re trying out a new event called Legendary Lunch Hour! From 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. in your local time zone, there will be an increased number of raids to test your battle skills alongside your friends, coworkers, and classmates. 

Niantic is looking for feedback from the community, so be sure to give it a try and let them know!
