Nintendo and Niantic Labs have a surprise for fans of Pokemon: Mobile title Pokemon Go has been released in Australia and New Zealand for both iOS and Mobile devices. Players in the US and Japan are being urged to wait to wait for their specific regional releases of Pokemon Go before downloading.
A Wallstreet Journal columnist passed on the following comment from developers:
For U.S. and Japanese customers, Pokémon Co. says "please wait for a while" for formal launch of its AR game Pokémon GO.
