Second Dinner’s latest game update for Marvel Snap is a bit of a light one, but the team promises it’s all setting up for upcoming features such as Deadpool’s Diner, Alliances, and more.
One feature coming up in July is the introduction of Character Albums. There are plenty of albums already available in game for players to complete, but they’re typically focused on a specific artist or card category. In July, players will be able to complete albums focused on Deadpool and Wolverine specifically. Bonus rewards will be granted to those who own card variants from Bundles, Season Passes, Conquest, or other limited time variants.
Something players can enjoy now, however, is the addition of Collectible Borders in the Season Pass reward track, Conquest Medal Shop, and as Login Bonus rewards.
Lastly, there have been a number of changes made to cards and locations, though these appear to be text updates for clarity to cards like Odin and Sersi as well as locations Krakoa, Vormir, Aunt May’s, Black Vortex, and Castle Zemo.
Second Dinner explained the patch being absent of actual balance changes has to do with the fact the team has been taking “heavier swings” with over-the-air updates recently.
