Sci-fi MMORPG Phantasy Star Online 2 is now working in collaboration with Microsoft regarding the download and launch issues that have been plagueing it on Windows 10 since it went live earlier this week, announced via Twitter.
The news came way via the official @play_pso2 account:
Hello, Arks. We want to reassure you that the #PSO2NA team is paying close attention to all your comments from social media and across the web. We are working closely with Microsoft to reach a solution to the issues you have experienced during the game’s launch on Windows 10.

The Windows 10 version for the NA launch of Phantasy Star Online 2 has been marred with issues since it released earlier this week, but it's nice to finally hear some news from the devs themselves that they are actively working on resolving these issues. Hopefully the devs will extend the current Wedding Event that coincided with the PC NA launch so that players affected by these issues will still have the opportunity to participate, but no official word has been said about the matter yet.
