Phantasy Star Online 2 has revealed that Episode 4 content will be released in August, marking its first big content update on PC and Xbox One.
Episode 4 is set to take place a few years after Episodes 1-3. These episodes were included in the base game. As to what will occur in Episode 4, it looks like we will wake from a long sleep to find that there has been an internal invasion of fake ARKS members.
From here, a mysterious enemy called "The Phantom" appears, and a new planet has been discovered in another dimension – Earth. A new level cap will be unlocked, as will travel to Tokyo and Las Vegas.
It should be noted that, according to the press release, PSO2 will be hitting “more PC platforms soon.” While it doesn’t explicitly mention Steam, it’s not difficult to speculate that this is indeed the platform on which it will release.
