Phantasy Star Online 2 is celebrating its 9th birthday with campaigns and tons of rewards. Don’t worry, you’ll have through August 4 to jump in and take part in the festivities.

This party will feature campaigns, exclusive rewards, contests, and limited time AC Scratch Tickets in addition to changes to enemies, fields and drop items. During the celebrations, be sure to collect as many points as possible so you can collect gifts which will only be made available during the 9th anniversary festivities. You’ll be able to login every day and check in with "Phenomenologist" Xiandy for daily and weekly tasks.

The first elemental weapon series, Glissen, has also been made available. Each weapon in this weapon type will deal lightning elemental damage. Regarding scratch tickets, the revival AC scratch will contain popular items like emotes, hairstyles, weapons camos, and accessories.

The Trainee Line scratch will go live on July 21 and will include new CAST parts and Trainee-themed outfits plus new hairstyles, accessories, two new emotes, and four new animations. One of these animations lets your avatar fly like a fairy.
