It feels like Perfect New World has been dropping new videos leading up to the Equilibrious Test planned for November 14th at 10:00 AM EST. The team at Ironcore Studios has been giving players a taste of the classes and features that Soul Tamers will take part in as they adventure with each other during the test. Here’s a quick look at each of the classes the team has outlined so far, and a short introduction to what Soul Tamers can expect when they hop into the world for the first time.
If you’re interested in finding out more information about the “day to day” life of a Soul Tamer, the latest trailer outlines (in an almost convincing human voice) what adventurers can expect when they traverse the game world. This includes riding exotic creatures, seeking treasures, and facing daunting challenges.
In our previous article, we briefly looked at the Galeblade class, which is described as a Valkyrie-like combatant from the Elven race who embodies an elegant, aerial combatant. She has the ability to transform wings into lethal blades, and combines aerial maneuvers and rapid strikes to vanquish foes and heal the land.
The Mysticsword offers a contrast with a more of a carefree heroic demeanor. The character employs a style of a drunken sword master which is most effective at mid-range attacks, utilizing his his long sword to project sword beams and flames to keep enemies at bay.
For those who prefer brute strength, the Berserker is the epitome of raw power. This class wields a greatsword and has nearly equal attack and defense power. His ability can transform the greatsword into an axe for more area-of-effect focused attacks.
Finally, the Dragonspear is the tactician of the battlefield. He’s described as a martial artist who utilized precision to deliver critical strikes, counter enemy attacks, and sweep the field of threats.
