We reported just a month ago that Pearl Abyss was going to self-publish Black Desert Online in the west, instead of their (now) previous publisher Kakao Games. This unifies Pearl Abyss’ publishing across all platforms in North America and Europe. This does not include the South American region.
Beginning February 25th, Pearl Abyss will also assume live service from Kakao Games, and players that transfer their accounts will receive rewards for doing so. Rewards for transferring your account prior to February 24th will receive the following:
- Cron Stones
- Different types of Exchange Coupons
- Combat & Skill EXP scrolls
- A Limited-Edition title “Now or Nouver”.
- A Limited-Edition Tier-4 Pet
Additional login rewards will also be made available. You can transfer your account by following this link. The plan for Pearl Abyss has been to take over publishing rights in time for Black Desert Online’s five year anniversary.
