Pantheon: Rise of the Fallen is already almost at the middle of Season 3, The Land of Blood and Snow, and the latest dev update is centered around Hanngore and what’s coming in the mid-Season patch in early June.
The Vicarious Visions team is positive about their decision to use a seasonal testing model Allow players to test new content that is released on a seasonal basis. The season 3 update is now available to vips, with the Champions and Supporter levels getting access soon. Overall, the mid season update is going to focus on improvements to added content, and more improvements on the way in response to feedback from the initial testers. They'll be repairing chat UI glitches, addressing quest issues, and NPC pathing issues that came with the last update..
Things have changed in this season, with the new acclimation system and the frigid weather putting everyone to the test. Hanggore is another big piece of this. The level 20+ raid takes place in those frigid territories. Your group will not only have to take down the mobs with your skills, strategize, and make decisions about the environment and the enemies you are facing, you'll have to do it while making use of the acclimation system.
If you don't, you'll be at a distinct disadvantage when it comes to the freezing terrain. Make sure you use things like bonfires and certain drinks to help you stay warm, and keep sharp. There are more ways to survive the cold, so keep exploring. A new community video demonstrates all of this well.
Pantheon: Rise of the Fallen will welcome Champion level testers on June 8th (When that mid-season update goes live) and Supporter level players will get one week of access Beginning on June 15th. Then, in late June, Season 4 will arrive, bringing with it the Summoner and Ranger classes. Road map has that planned for June 22nd, along with additional UI enhancements for pets and more to support the new classes
