The Pantheon: Rise of the Fallen team was set to hold a Q&A on the game’s recently-announced Early Access. However, the Q&A has postponed to give the team more time.
The Q&A was set for yesterday, before it was postponed earlier in the day. In the original announcement, the team set aside several days to take questions and it seems like they got a robust response.
On Discord, Visionary Realms said:
“ATTENTION: Today's Q&A has been postponed. We will get one up on the schedule once we have a few details nailed down and are prepared to fully address the community's questions. Thank you for understanding and your continued support.”
Even as they were still planning to hold the event yesterday, they released a pretty extensive fact sheet which covered a range of questions, so you can probably imagine how deep all of these submitted questions probably went.
It is encouraging that they are preparing to “ fully address the community's questions”, since going into Early Access is a big change among a series of very big changes for Pantheon over just the past year or so. Community response to some of those changes, like the visual overhaul, or the original Seasons plan and the pledge gates, was sometimes strong, but also lent some helpful feedback.
Clearly, Visionary Realms now feels that Early Access is the next best phase for continued development. There's no word yet on a rescheduled date for the community Q&A.
