Palia  is coming off of its recent open beta launch, and the team is beginning to answer some community questions and share how they’re handling feedback. There are also some updates and fixes, as well as the confirmation of new customization options to come.

In an update shared on the official Discord, the team notes that they have been reading all the comments shared in the post from the community and have been organizing them in a spreadsheet that they call “raw data”. This week, that spreadsheet has been shared across the development teams to understand where the community is coming from, what pain points there are, and how some feedback could be realistically implemented.

The shared spreadsheet is also part of the work that they're doing to eventually create a destination where players can see what feedback is out there, and contribute. They are looking to have  “check-ins on the status and realistic expectations of the most requested features”.

Speaking of requested features, the official Palia X (Twitter) account shared that there will be more customization options on the way, including more body types and options. Has also said they reduced slow mode from six hours down to two hours and will be reviewing permissions in line with feedback received. There will be “remodels and adjustments based on all the new folks joining and giving feedback”.

The update also outlines what is coming for the rest of August.

The week of August 21st–or August 28th--depending on how much support work is still left, they’re planning to continue evaluating the feedback and additional data to get a final review. This should lead to a confirmation from the teams to push forward with targeted improvements.

The week of August 28th, there's just one word in the post: “REVEAL”. Something is coming to Palia, and we’ll get to find out in  just a couple of weeks.
