Blizzard has announced on the official Overwatch forums that the open beta will be extended through 10 am Pacific / 1 pm Eastern on Tuesday, May 10th. The reason for adding more time to the open beta is to continue to collect feedback from the community.
Over the last week, we've also had the opportunity to listen to your thoughts and opinions on the game; make improvements based on your reports in these very forums; and collect invaluable data just from you playing normally.
