Once Human will get a playable demo as part of the next Steam Next Fest event this month. The team announced the demo and a special in-game item you can earn by taking part.
This next edition of Steam Next Fest runs from June 10-17th at 10am PDT. Once Human will be one of many titles represented. If you’ve paid attention to past events, you know to expect tons of offerings. The demos are the highlight, since for many of the featured titles, this represents an early, or sometimes a first, chance to try playing a game. This is one part of a very packed June, but with all of the other events this month, the lineup is starting strong in the competition for attention.
For some of your time and to get some more interested players into Nalcott, the team is offering a reward. If you play for three hours on day one you can claim a special vehicle spray, Fizzy Pop, on day two and at the official launch. So, it seems like you'll be able to test out the spray you earn on day two as part of the demo and keep it as part of your collection when the game launches. For Once Human’s post-apocalyptic, dangerous setting, there are also some fun settings and vehicle sprays will be one way to add a personal touch.

If you’re interested in Once Human, the demo will be available to pre-load starting on June 7th at 2pm PDT. The demo will be playable kicks off to match the event dates of June 10-17th, so you’ll have to be a little patient if you pre-load early. If you missed previous playtests, or even want to just revisit Once Human for a bit to earn that reward, your chance is almost here.
