Tomorrow’s Once Human update will finally being in character deletion, vehicle repair, and other feature updates as the game gets ready for even bigger updates later in the month.

For the new year, the Once Human team has given us character deletion. Yes, you’ll be able to delete characters from your roster with a few rules to keep in mind. When you delete a character using character management, there will be a countdown before the permanent deletion happens. The countdown is five days, so you have plenty of time if you make a mistake, your little brother gets into your account and deletes your main, or if you simply change your mind.

If you do want to delete a character you'll have to make sure you remove all items you don't want to be deleted. After that five-day countdown is over, the character will be permanently deleted and the character name and character slot will be freed up on your account. The character slot limit per account will still be 10.

The update is also adding vehicle repairs, with the Vehicle Repair Electric Drills added under modification II and available to craft. The drills will repair your vehicle's HP. This will open up more opportunities for exploration and adventure since you'll be able to start repairing your vehicles out in the world.

If you wanted an easier way to glide, there's a setting for the glide key, and simplified controls to collect enemy drops faster. The team is also making it easier to clear red dots on items,  simply by closing a tab or closing a screen with a red dot.

Ranching gets a few improvements, reducing the rate at which animals lose energy and hydration. Another helpful change is once you put food in the animal rough, you can't remove it, but it will never spoil.

“Frosty Glory” is the brand new Battle Pass, arriving with themed items including a new Epic fashion set, the Love at First Sight weapon skin, and more. One big helpful change is that all of your characters will now collect Battle Pass XP and contribute to unlocking battle pass levels. You can play any character on your account, that you haven't deleted, and earn more unlocks.

This all sets the stage for the challenges ahead, like the Lunar Oracle and Visional Wheel announced recently.
