Funcom has gone on record on the Conan Exiles Facebook page with a note about how player feedback has already helped the team with the first patch and fixes that have been released. The most pressing issue, according to the post, is server lag, something that the team is working on actively. As part of the process, official server size has been been temporarily reduced from 70 to 40.
The team continues to work hard on fixing problems as they come up. In these first few days after launch our focus is on resolving the most pressing issues, and we will be introducing more patches over the next few days to make the experience better.
You can check out the official patch thread on the Conan Exiles Steam site.
