Next Profane Playtest Slated For Next Week With New Island and Crab Faction

The next playtest for Profane, a crafting-heavy PvPvE MMORPG still in development, has announced its next playtest is coming soon. 

This next playtest, simply announced for “next week,” promises a few new features, including some new pieces of content. One is a region called the “Nui Archipelago,” a new enemy faction to battle simply called the “Crab Faction” (which is exactly what it sounds like), and new abilities to test. 

The official Discord has a video previewing these features, which also promises this’ll be a “longer play session.” 

We don’t have details yet on how to join this test, but so far, in order to join, interested players have had to simply join the official Profane Discord server and follow instructions to summon a bot that’ll let them in. Notably, the tests have been under an NDA, but the devs have welcomed feedback through the proper channels. 

These tests don't happen too much, with the last test taking place in early April, so if you're interested in testing another sandbox MMORPG, this is your chance.
