New World is going wild, with the overgrowth and the beasts coming in the Rise of the Angry Earth expansion. Amazon has announced a new weeklong event to mark the expansion’s release, with special streams and Twitch Drops to get your hands on.
On October 3rd, the expansion will be available for purchase and the new updates will be live. This event features a number of community streamers showing off some of the new content, sharing tips to get ahead in the brand new zone, using the new Flail, and more fun. The team has listed 16 community streamers, but this isn’t the full number. Amazon has set an event schedule to highlight a few of the key features, including mounts, PvP, The Savage Divide Expedition, and the all-new Flail. Last couple of days will be open to the streamer to decide what they show off.
That schedule is as follows:
- Tuesday (10/3): Mount Race
- Wednesday (10/4): Flail Build Bonanza
- Thursday (10/5): Elysian World Tours
- Friday (10/6): Savage Divide runs
- Saturday (10/7): Territory Takedown
- Sunday (10/8) to Tuesday (10/10): Creator’s Choice
Of course, Amazon has promised some goodies via Twitch Drops. These will start unlocking on day one of the event all the way to day five, when everything will become available. The event itself will last for a week, so if you don't unlock everything right away, you have until October 10th to get in 14 hours of content watched to claim every single reward.

- Day 4 Drop: Mossclad Cuisses (10 total hours watched)
- Day 5 Drop: Mossclad Thornvest (14 total hours watched)
