New World: Aeternum is headed to Gamescom this week, and Amazon is sharing details of the quests you can participate in for rewards, and more about their booth.
At Gamescom the team will have quests at their booth, and these quests will be issued by characters from New World, like Grace O’ Malley and Commander Thorpe. If you stop by and complete the quests, you'll get some rewards. Amazon will also be giving away a customized New World: Aeternum PlayStation 5 in a drawing that you can participate in if you complete every quest in the venue.
If you're not attending the event, the team will be giving away a customized New World: Aeternum Xbox Series X console on their official social media platforms after Gamescom is over. The console push is in full swing.
With the game getting a relaunch, new content, and a debut on console on October 15th, things are ramping up. Last week, the team announced an open beta for all supported platforms, letting PC players in the community into a new cross-platform beta that will let PC and console players play together for the first time before the official launch. It also gives PC players some taste of changes on the way.
At the booth, they’re bringing the Azoth Stalker Wolf mount to life, so to speak. There will be a replica of the mount at the venue that you can take pictures with, even sit on top of it. This is one of the big preorder bonuses on offer for the New World: Aeternum launch.
