It’s nearly time to be even more skeptical than usual about what you see online. New World: Aternum has embraced April Fools Day with a new shield to distract your enemies with.
A twist on the classic “kick me” sign prank, there’s a new Kick Me Shield in the shop. Maybe it will make your enemies laugh and give you just enough time to land a decisive blow. Or maybe it will just show your sense of humor.
The shop update also adds some fiercer stuff. The Eternal Tyrant bundle, an intimidating armor set, should make an impression. The Feral Fury Wolf companion is an armored beast that you can take on your adventures. Make an even bigger impression, as the promo image shows, even while wearing that Eternal Tyrant outfit. Then, charge into battle with that Kick Me shield and hope they don’t.
These items will be available April 1-14th.
