New Edition of "The Scribe"

Guild Wars has released a new edition of The Scribe. Today's issue marks the ninth in the game's continuing series of scrolls:

Our roaming scribe follows the struggle between the Luxons and Kurzicks this week on a voyage from Fort Aspenwood to The Jade Quarry. The scribe also writes of some rumors about new weaponry, and observes more acts of virtue in this week’s scroll.
