Neverwinter is kicking off its annual Feast of Lanterns event, celebrating the Year of the Dragon, beginning on February 8.
Cryptic's latest event is available from February 8 through February 15, players can participate in various quests and earn event currency such as Dragon Coins and Lunar Coins. The coins can be used to acquire exclusive rewards such as the Jade Dragonnel companion and New Year’s Dragonnel mount.
In addition, players can also complete quests including setting off fireworks, delivering red envelopes, and comforting startled dogs…startled by the fireworks. There are rewards for these activities as well, such as the unlocking of the /pet emote.
Neverwinter’s Zen Market will offer limited time items including Lunar Coinpurse packs, hairstyles, companions like the Boar Shoat and Festive Tiger, and mounts such as the New Year’s Boar and Ox. Strongholds are also 20% off in the Zen Market between February 1 and 8 and players can pick up the Stronghold Starter Pack only during this sale period.
Neverwinter is available on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC platforms.
