NCSoft has unveiled a few new trailers for upcoming projects at Korea’s G-Star event. They include Throne and Liberty, MMO Shooter LLL, the interactive action movie styled Project M, and MMORTS Project G.
G-Star is here, and NCSoft is showing some of its upcoming titles. They have several titles on the floor for hands-on demos: LLL, Battle Crush, the company’s first Nintendo Switch title, and Project BSS. Other titles got new trailers and will also get presentations during the show.
LLL is what they call “an expansive open-world MMO shooter that invites players to engage in epic battles within a vast and dynamic environment, offering them the freedom to traverse at will”. Battle Crush is a brawler. Project BSS is “a new IP offering a reimagined gameplay style, utilizing the rich Blade & Soul universe”, looking like a blend of collectible RPG and strategic battlefield action.
Throne and Liberty is set to launch in Korea on December 7th, and G-Star will be the site of a showcase demo, but for now, there’s a brand new trailer to whet appetites for the new MMORPG. There’s also a presentation coming soon on the NCSoft YouTube channel that will “provide a glimpse into the recent changes that TL has adopted, including a solo dungeon, a 6-party dungeon, and a guild raid”.
MMORTS Project G also got a new trailer, along with the interactive adventure Project M. The first is being developed for PC and mobile.
Project M will take advantage of PC and console tech to make its interactive journey come to live. Both will be featured on the NCSoft “Upcoming Project Interview” stream set for tomorrow at 1:30 PM GMT.
Undoubtedly, there will be more out of G-Star and these streams and presentations, so we’ll have to keep an eye out for those upcoming projects.
See NCSoft’s G-Star minisite for more details (in Korean).
