Naraka: Bladepoint’s latest update opens up a new Showdown Season, Turmoil, adds a new hero, Wuchen, a new boss, and some colorful Easter-themed events and spring sales.
The season, Turmoil, starts today and runs through August 29th. The update also adds a new hero, Wuchen, and a new boss, Korvine, for Showdown in Season 1.5. There's even a new cinematic and gameplay peek to enjoy.
Naraka: Bladepoint has also shared: NARAKA: BLADEPOINT SAGA | Prologue - The Way of Contraries - Chapter 01, a new lore comic telling Wuchen's story. More chapters will be on the way through April 10th.
There are a number of rewards and even new items, like new Souljades and Potentials, in the update too. The full notes break down the new features, season updates, and balance changes.
And then there’s Easter. The lobby will be decorated with bunny statues and Easter eggs. You'll get a chance to collect Easter eggs and Soulbloom Easter eggs. Collect regular eggs to earn yourself rewards. Earn the eggs by completing events. Soulbloom eggs are like entry tickets to a special draw for some legendary gift boxes. Fairyland Penglai will also get festive, with the Easter Naraka Ball. Go there and interact with this ball and you will transform into a Naraka Easter Ball, which you can then smash around into players in another form of melee combat and score yourself more Easter eggs.
The team is also featuring some spring sales as well to mark the new update and season. If you’ve ever wanted a new look or some accessories, the shop will be discounting some items by up to 60%. So if you wanted a new look, a meow meow kill announcement, Flying Squirrel grappling hook, or other accessories, that sale ends on April 9th.
