A new blog post has arrived on the Motiga site. While still cagey about what the company is working on, we are let in on the secret that the game is in its play-testing stage already and that 2014 will be a year of revelation about what exactly it is that these good folks have been working on.
Not too long ago, we sketched out 2014, month by month, on a whiteboard in one of our meeting rooms. Seeing the year stretched out like that was both daunting and thrilling. We’ve got production milestones, major reveals, and other big moments practically every month.
This upcoming year, we’re going to share what we’re making with the world. You’ll see us at game conventions across the country starting this summer, and you’ll have the opportunity to get hands-on with the game we’re so excited about.
Making games is a creative endeavor—no matter what your role is at Motiga or any studio. And the ultimate step in a creative endeavor is sharing your creation with others. We have a lot of work ahead of us, creatively and logistically, to make that happen. But one thing we know for sure is that 2014 is going to be a big year for us. We will unveil our game. You will know its name and what it looks like. Many of you will play it.
You may remember that Motiga was founded by industry veterans from all over the games space including James Phinney and Troy Hewitt.
