The Mortal Online 2 team tweeted out an updated roadmap for closed alpha earlier. Here’s what we learned.
The roadmap only covers July and August, but provides us an update into the development behind the game. By mid July, the team wants to tackle bug fixes, in addition to human females. The end of July targets new armor, shields, in addition expansion to the world.
August includes more features. By mid August, the team wants to tackle bug fixes, a dungeon, new weather – specifically rain, and torches. The end of August targets spears, a new clade called Thursars, new armor, and continuing world expansion.
The team also provides a card on several items under development. Note, these items don’t have any time boxes around them. they’re really only there to help us understand what the team is continuing to work on behind the scenes. These items include range weapons, a crafting system, new cities, enemy AI, another new clade called Alvarin, new dungeons, and fauna.
